Acceptable Stay, but Room Issues
The staff was generally nice and tried to be helpful.
My room was right next to the lift, so it was noisy. I could not sleep well at ALL (this was very annoying). There was also some kind of event with all the air conditioners outside. I wish I had been warned. Not ideal for sleep.

staff were very friendly and they were helpful with everything. the location was amazing because i was close to many attractions. i had a turkish bath at the hotel, a great experience. i would stay here again for sure.
the breakfast did not have many options for my tastes.

convenient location private transport wide choices
i appreciated the convenient location near major attractions it made sightseeing very easy. the private transport service from the airport was seamless and safe. our room was cleaned every morning and the breakfast had wide choices.
the spa access had restrictions and hotel guests had less priority which affected our experience.

The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially Abdurrahman, who provided great recommendations. He assisted with taxi bookings and allowed us to use the spa after hours. The room was clean. It had all the facilities we needed .
